At HEI, we are inspired to solve complex healthcare problems that result in engaged organizations, effective care delivery and healthier communities. We aren’t industry SMEs, we aren’t “sit in a boardroom and discuss the next meeting” consultants, and we sure aren’t the same old answers to your age old questions.
We are the drivers of change, the math geeks, the data nerds you always wish you had, and we bring the engineering mindset required to solve the biggest problems that exist in hospitals and health systems today. Whether it’s a spot fix in one department or a complete transformation, our approach is centered around a tested and proven operating model philosophy that enables successful change, delivers financial results, and allows organizations to unlock their full potential.
