Operation-Analyst

The ideal candidate for this position enjoys conducting hands-on project work while interacting with and utilizing a group of highly skilled and diverse colleagues. The project work entails the customer integration of a patent pending performance management platform (asp .Net SQL) as well as ongoing operations analysis support for customer organizations.

This position requires the integration of business knowledge (finance), operations management, technology (SQL) and customer relationship building.

Some of the work is performed on-site with customers, travel will be required 25-50% of the time.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree, preferably in technical field (engineering, physics, mathematics)
• MBA preferred
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt by reputable organization preferred
• Working knowledge of relational databases
• Working knowledge of MS SQL Server 2008 preferred
• Excellent computer skills (MS Office including Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong team player
This position is full time with a home base of Phoenix, AZ.
